Jeff Fox Signs New Agreement to be President and CEO of Convergys

(Cincinnati; November 8, 2010) Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, announced today it has entered into a new employment agreement with Jeffrey H. Fox, to continue as president and CEO of Convergys Corporation.

Fox has been serving as president and CEO of Convergys since February 10 of this year and has been a member of the Convergys board since February 2009.

Fox previously served as COO of Alltel Corporation prior to its acquisition by Verizon in 2009. Fox served as an officer at Alltel from 1996 to 2009.

Before joining Alltel in 1996, Fox spent 12 years in investment banking at Stephens Inc. and Merrill Lynch.
