Surrey Head Office based IT and technology company siptel to embark on ‘buy and build’ growth, following 8 successful years in business

siptel, a leading independent new generation IT, voice and data solutions provider, has announced that following a successful period of organic growth, it now has the finance, management team and acquisition team in place to be able to start considering company mergers and acquisitions.

When siptel was founded in 2003, they recognised that whilst the technology sector is a highly competitve environment, few resellers were providing the best leading technology choices for its customers. siptel offers more than the ‘standard’ IT offerings, providing bespoke hosted and cloud solutions, with value added services that deliver over and above what many other IT solutions providers offer.

siptel’s key target verticals are Finance, Education, Healthcare, MoD / Government and Travel, and they are specifically focused on acquisitions in the Network Services arena, IT or Voice businesses.

It cannot be denied that the current economic climate is challenging, to most businesses, globally. siptel’s main objective has always been to continue to grow at the same steady rate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Up until now, the key factor dictating the success of siptel’s growth strategy has been delivering complex bespoke solutions, achieving profitable growth beyond the cost of running the business. However, the Company also recognises that, whilst organic growth has been strong over the years, the new strategy is now to take the business to new levels in its new business plan.
