“The Next Step in Social Media Evolution” to be the Session’s Focus at ITEXPO East 2012
Madrid, Spain January 24, 2012–Javier Martin, chief executive officer of Almira Labs, a Madrid-based provider of value-added software solutions for telecommunications and network services providers, will participate in a panel discussion on social media response management at ITEXPO East, the communications industry’s foremost conference and exhibition for communications technology providers and customers. The session, titled “The Next Step in Social Media Evolution: Social Media Response Management,” is planned for Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at noon, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. ITEXPO East will take place January 31st through February 3rd in that same venue.
In the session, Martin will discuss how expectations of social media are changing as its use grows exponentially. He and the panel will focus on the ability for businesses and consumers to use social media in a more comprehensive and efficient manner.
