[8 August 2018]: Plusnet, the award winning communications provider, has today announced a new range of fixed price broadband packages as a direct response to frustrations felt by customers across the industry. In a first for the communications market, Plusnet will offer a fixed price guarantee, end of contract notifications and a personal account review as standard across all new fixed price contracts.

This will guarantee broadband and line rental costs for residential and business customers across Copper, Fibre and Fibre Extra packages, making sure people know when they are approaching the end of their contract and exactly what their options are. Existing customers can also take advantage by moving onto one of the new packages.
