Association between Legrand and Aegide Group strengthens both groups’ position in the data center market.
Veghel/Boxtel, the Netherlands, 23 February 2012 – Legrand announced today the acquisition of the Aegide Group, and its Minkels, Cortexon, Vaultex and dcs businesses.
From this date, Mr Gery Morssinkhof will hand over his function as Chief Executive Officer of Aegide Group to Mr Jeroen Hol, the former Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, while remaining actively involved in Aegide’s strategy and business development as a consultant to Legrand. The rest of Aegide’s management team will remain unchanged.
