Aito delivers customer insight to Zain Kuwait

 

State-of–the-art customer experience analytics provides the big picture of customer experience to optimise customer lifetime value for leading Middle East mobile operator

 

 

 

Espoo, Finland – February 21, 2012:  Aito Technologies, the leading provider of Customer Experience Analytics (CEA) for communication service providers (CSP), announces the signing of an agreement of the delivery of its Customer Experience Analytics solution to Kuwait’s Leading Telecommunications Company, Zain Kuwait – part of Zain Group, which is one of the largest operators in Middle East and Africa

 

Aito CEA will enable Zain Kuwait to gain a better understanding of the product life cycle: how their products perform and are used at different stages. Zain will have the ability to easily combine information from their existing data warehouses and effectively share the analysis across the organization. This will help Zain provide the best possible service to its customer base.

 

Aito CEA will be used by the Management Information System (MIS) team to:

·    Analyse Zain’s product life cycle including how experience affects profitability and customer lifetime value as well as predict churn.

·    Review the effectiveness corrective actions previously taken and their impact on customer experience.

The extensive analysis enables the teams to improve operations and deliver real insight and findings to different stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, product management and operations. 

 

Aito CEA was selected because of its ability to quickly and easily unify the data and provide centralized, easy-to-use real-time analytics out-of-the-box to serve the needs of diverse set of end users at Zain. Additionally, the MIS team was able to integrate their own business logic and KPIs with Aito CEA, to further improve the solution.
