Aito teams with Open Technologies

Partnership to focus on delivering industry leading customer experience analytics solutions to Russian Telcos
Espoo, Finland & Moscow, Russia – September 27, 2012: Today, Aito Technologies, the leading provider of customer experience analytics (CEA) for communications service providers (CSPs), and Open Technologies, one of the leading IT suppliers in Russia, announced a strategic partnership whereby Aito and Open Technologies will work together in Russia to deliver customer experience solution to regionally based CSPs. As part of the agreement, Open Technologies will be able to resell Aito’s industry leading customer analytics solution, Aito CEA.
Anssi Tauriainen, Aito Technologies’ CEO, commented: “In line with our strategic global growth plan, we are pleased to team with Open Technologies and increase the availability of Aito CEA in the Russian market. The aim of our partnership is to help the CSPs based in the region gain better understanding of their customer lifecycle and be able to deliver a superior customer experience.”
Tauriainen continued: “Earlier this year, we appointed Alexander Vasilevich to lead our sales operations in Russia and CIS, and Alexander will be responsible for Aito’s efforts in this exciting new relationship with Open Technologies.”

The formal partnership is in full effect and both parties are actively working together in the region. In November, Open Technologies and Aito are jointly participating at one of Russia’s leading telecoms events, Billing and OSS Telecom Forum 2012 in Moscow.
