Alcatel Lucent signs global OEM agreement with Tribold for Enterprise Product Management
Industry leading Enterprise Product Management solution pivotal to Alcatel Lucent BSS portfolio
Dublin, Ireland & London, UK – May 21, 2012: Today, at TM Forum Management World, Tribold, the world’s leading provider of Enterprise Product Management (EPM) software specifically developed for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), announced Alcatel Lucent has signed a global OEM Agreement for Tribold EPM as their Enterprise Product Management solution after a rigorous competitive selection process.
The agreement enables Alcatel Lucent to OEM Tribold EPM in either stand-alone, as part of wider end-to-end BSS, or in managed network and operations solutions to the market. Significantly, the agreement will put Tribold EPM at the heart of the Alcatel BSS suite that includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Progress Order Management and Tribold EPM.
