Alcatel-Lucent to Support the Management of Mobile Devices on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network
Mobile Device Manager to help Verizon Wireless customers activate service and access new 4G LTE applications on smartphones and other wireless devices
Paris, France and Basking Ridge, N.J., USA – Verizon Wireless said today it is using Mobile Device Management (MDM) software from Motive, a division of Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) to manage the rapidly growing number of 4G LTE smartphones and tablets on its 4G LTE network. Building upon its commitment to deliver industry-leading customer care, MDM allows customers to easily set up their 4G LTE devices and automatically receive software updates and upgrades.
