Lisbon, Portugal, November 26, 2013 – Altitude Software, a leader in unified customer interaction solutions, today announced it has appointed Laurent Detournay as Vice President for Northern Europe.

Laurent Detournay’s mission will be to drive the continued growth of Altitude Software in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe – managing Altitude’s offices in France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Belgium and Germany – and to support the continued market expansion of next generation customer interaction solutions that maximize business results in the contact center.

Laurent Detournay has over 17 years’ experience in the contact center industry, holding technical, sales/pre-sales and management positions, lately as Altitude Software General Manager for Benelux and Eastern Europe. Before joining Altitude Software, he worked for Datapoint and AT&T, but also as Vocalcom’s International Strategic Project Director and as a Principal Pre-Sales consultant for BT. Laurent Detournay is graduated “Ingénieur Civil en Informatique” from the UCL university (Université Catholique de Louvain) in Belgium.
