Amcom selects CTI Group’s Hosted SmartRecord for Enterprise Customers in Australia
CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. is pleased to announce their hosted SmartRecord® solution has been chosen by Amcom Telecommunications to provide their enterprise customers across Australia with telephony interaction recording. As both mandatory and regulatory compliance across the UK and Europe becomes more and more prevalent in Australia, businesses are increasingly demanding tried and tested communication recording solutions that will ensure they remain secure, compliant and competitive.
