APAC Operator Increases Investment in Redknee to Support LTE Launch

The increase will enable the service provider to deliver new innovative data services faster to the market and advance the customer experience. Utilizing Redknee’s TCB solution, the APAC service provider will now also be able to offer its LTE subscribers real-time promotions, enhanced customer care and hybrid payment options such as family or group account plans. In response to its growing mobile and broadband market, the service provider has increased its investment in Redknee’s next generation convergent charging, rating and billing solution with integrated policy controls to support its customers’ data usage and launch 4G/LTE services.
