The world specialists in energy management aims to leverage its base in Lebanon to address the market’s current power and cooling challenges as well as focus on industry trends and the creation of green data centers.
Ramy Nassif has been appointed Country Vice-President for Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq in order to provide close customer service. A multi-cultural and multi-lingual team familiar with the Lebanese market supports him with his enterprise and business development strategies in the region. The Beirut office will serve as the regional office for Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq.
The announcement came at a gala launch dinner held at the Metropolitan Palace Hotel in Beirut. The event was attended by key partners, potential and existing end users and vendors, in addition to officials from APC’s parent company, Schneider Electric including Julien Feghali, President of Schneider Electric East Mediterranean, and Christian Bertrand, Vice-President, Middle East and Africa, APC by Schneider Electric.
Julien Feghali said: “Today, our customers have an issue with the insufficient reliability of power provided by utilities while they have an increasing number of sensitive applications and a rising cost of downtime.
