Aspect names 2e2 for Northern European new logo partner of the year award

 

Aspect has chosen ICT lifecycle services provider 2e2 to receive its annual Northern European new logo partner of the year award 2011. 2e2 has been commended by Aspect for its success in turning around a contact centre refresh requirement and upselling this to incorporate Aspect Unified IP 7 and Microsoft Lync for an end-to-end unified communications solution. Aspect is a leading provider of customer contact and Microsoft platform solutions.

 

On an annual basis, Aspect selects the partner that has shown outstanding strategic success over the past 12 months, and has played a key part in building Aspect’s business in new markets. The contact centre refresh requirement from the customer – a leading manufacturer – was upsold and closed by 2e2 within a three-month period and within the first quarter of signing a partner contract with Aspect.
