Joint Testing by Aspect and Partner AMC Technology Certifies Seamless Integration with Most Recent Releases of Siebel and SAP

 

Aspect, a leading provider of customer contact and Microsoft platform solutions, today announced updated validations of AMC Technology’s Aspect® Unified IP® 7 CRM Connector to include the latest releases of Oracle® Siebel and SAP® Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM). Such integrations are an important part of Aspect’s commitment to providing customer contact solutions that leverage core enterprise business processes, enabling increased productivity and efficiency across the organisation.
