Austrian MSO LIWEST Selects ARRIS ServAssure™ Advanced for DOCSIS® Network Monitoring
Suwanee, GA – April 25, 2011: ARRIS (Nasdaq: ARRS) today announced that LIWEST Kabelmedien GmbH, the second largest Austrian cable operator, has chosen ARRIS ServAssure Advanced Performance Management Software to proactively manage its DOCSIS network operations to improve their customers’ triple play experience. LIWEST serves over 135,000 residential and business customers in Upper Austria, including the city of Linz.
ServAssure Advanced provides customer experience monitoring and performance tools to optimize the quality and capacity of DOCSIS networks, enabling substantial improvements in available bandwidth and customer quality of experience (QOE).
