Basset continues to grow and strengthens Middle East
Basset, a global provider of OSS/BSS solutions worldwide, strengthens its sales organization in Middle East when welcoming Magnus Almén to Basset. With Magnus extensive experience within the telecom industry in Middle East Basset continues to grow in the region. Magnus assumes the role as Vice President Middle East.
A successful growth in the Middle East region enables Basset to strengthen the key account and business development team, as Basset invests further in supporting their customer’s Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management System and inter-operator billing business. This enables Basset to meet the increasing demand for their solutions and expand the customer base in the Middle East region.

Magnus will be focusing on building and driving Basset’s business forward in Middle East. The goal is to further strengthen our efforts to be a trusted advisor and support our existing customers in their determinations to reach operational excellence.

Magnus comes from Ascom and a role as Account Director Middle East and North Africa. He has previously been working for Ericsson in several positions, such as 3G Solutions Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Middle East and Central Europe. Magnus holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
