Basset grows even further; strengthens its Business Consulting team
Basset, a global provider of OSS/BSS solutions worldwide, strengthens its business consulting team for their customers increasing need of consulting services around the world. Angelica Li will further develop and improve Basset’s business consulting offering and serve the existing customers within Watchdog Fraud and Revenue Assurance.
The decision to strengthen the business consultant organization follows Basset’s strategy to further build and expand their business with existing customers and the ambition to take the position as the vendor that continuously gives more.
The Business Consultant role is a strategically crucial role at Basset and Angelica will focus on delivering an increased value to Basset’s existing customers. She will work closely with Basset’s senior management, the sales organization and key account managers as well as product managers.

The primary objective is to develop and improve our Consulting offering further and serve our existing customers within Watchdog Fraud and Revenue Assurance. Angelica will make sure that Basset solutions and services meet our customer’s requirements and operational efficiency, says Christian Ledin, Chief Operations Officer at Basset.
Angelica has worked at ZTE, provider of telecom equipment and networking solutions, with Project Pricing in Netherlands and Account Management in Norway and Sweden since 2007.

Angelica holds a Bachelor in International Business from Beijing Foreign Studies University and has also a Master degree in Economics of Creative Industries at Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
