BE WHOLESALE LAUNCHES NEW BROADBAND SERVICE TO THE CHANNEL
04 October 2011 – LONDON: BE Wholesale today launches a new SDSL broadband service for the wholesale and reseller channels: BE Wholesale Business SDSL-M and SDSL-A. The services broaden BE Wholesale’s business broadband portfolio for the channel and enable partners to offer competitively-priced business grade internet connectivity and dedicated technical support to a target market of small businesses throughout the UK.
The broadband services have been designed to meet the needs of small business customers using bandwidth hungry applications such as voice, video and cloud computing, where internet connectivity and upload speeds are business critical. The network is underpinned by BE Wholesale’s ability to manage network capacity and provision services in advance of the network nearing capacity.

The BE Business SDSL-M and A broadband services offer uncontended and unlimited performance, supported by an Enhanced Support level with a 6-hour fix SLA agreement. The service provides small businesses with an enhanced level of support, guaranteeing a faster response to solve connectivity issues. It is a symmetrical service, run as Annex-A or -M, with up to 2.5Mb/s upload and provides businesses with a bridge between dedicated internet access and cheaper, lower grade consumer services.
Unlike existing SDSL suppliers that have limited availability across the UK, BE Wholesale’s network comprises over 1300 exchanges nationwide across all the major metropolitan areas in the UK, which gives wholesale partners a comprehensive broadband network, with comparable speeds and capacity.
