Bloxx Expands Product Line-up and Enhances Products at Infosecurity Europe
Secure Web Gateway, Mobile Device Filtering and Significant Upgrade to Web Filter
London, 24th April 2012, Infosecurity 2012, Stand C43: Bloxx, the innovator in Web and email security, today announced new products and a significant upgrade to its Web Filter. These new products and enhanced Web Filter will allow customers to deal with some of the emerging challenges around the continued growth of Web traffic, Web security, mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones and employee-owned devices (BYODs).

The new and enhanced products being announced at Infosecurity include:
· The Bloxx Secure Web Gateway which combines the company’s dynamic real-time content analysis and classification engine, Tru-View Technology, with Sophos’ Anti-Malware and the Bloxx SSL proxy. · A new version of the Bloxx Web Filter based on a new core Web filtering platform that has been engineered and optimized to provide high performance and scalability to meet the rapidly growing complexity of filtering Web content. In addition to delivering an extensive list of new features and a three fold performance increase, the Web reporting engine has also undergone significant redevelopment to deliver a five times performance improvement in report generation. · The Bloxx iPad Browser which lets organizations quickly and easily extend the capability of their Bloxx Web Filter or Secure Web Gateway to enforce Web access policies for iPads used off-network. The Bloxx iPad Browser will filter Web traffic over a Wi-Fi connection when the device is connected to an organization’s network and if the iPad is used off-network, for example at home or connected to a public Wi-Fi network.
