Satellite Tracking Pioneer Provides Iridium-Based Solutions for Land, Sea and Aviation
La Jolla, Calif. – July 13, 2011 – Blue Sky Network (BSN), a leading, global provider of satellite tracking solutions, announced today that its sister company, BSN Brazil Comunicacao Por Satelite LTDA, has obtained an SMGS license (Non Geostationary Satellite Global Mobile Service) in Brazil, enabling the company to provision Iridium-based satellite services in Brazil.
Iridium delivers connectivity to 100 percent of the globe through the furthest-reaching network in the world, providing voice and data communications far beyond the 10 percent coverage of traditional networks.
