Bangalore, India, November 24th, 2010 – MphasiS, a leading IT services provider, has selected C&W Worldwide to enhance its business critical communications and collaboration between its global locations under a three year, $4.1 million contract.
The agreement will see C&W Worldwide connect MphasiS global sites in India, China, the United Kingdom and the Unites States of America by building and managing a highly secure, resilient and agile global network.
C&W Worldwide will be migrating MphasiS from its existing Wide Area Network (WAN) – which was also provided by C&W Worldwide – to multiprotocol-label-switching (MPLS); a communications platform that will future-proof their business for anticipated expansion plans in other countries including Poland, Philippines and Sri Lanka. In addition, with the new platform, MphasiS will obtain significant cost and management efficiencies in their network.
