Drive Test Reduction Enables Quick Return on Investment

Berkeley, California – March 27, 2012
– Newfield Wireless® announced today that Carolina West Wireless has acquired TrueCall® network visualization and optimization software. The Wilkesboro, North Carolina based wireless operator is using TrueCall to better understand the experience of its subscribers, to reduce its drive test requirements and to help customer care resolve issues in real time.

TrueCall enables operators to visualize their network and improve subscriber experience. It is the only real-time network visualization and optimization application with drill-down capabilities to individual call and data events, making it extremely beneficial to engineering, but also customer care, marketing and other groups within an operator. Carolina West proved its TrueCall investment based on reduction in drive tests and now utilizes network information for this purpose.
