Cegeka takes over Austrian IT company Solutions Factory
International technology player reinforces its growth ambitions in the DACH region
Hasselt, September 28, 2018 – Cegeka takes over the Austrian Consulting company Solutions Factory. The takeover is part of a larger internationalisation strategy focusing on areas such as the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The tie-up between Cegeka and Solutions Factory provides them with access to new customers, broadens Cegeka’s areas of expertise and elevates the company to a new level.
