Herndon, VA, USA: June 27, 2012 — Celcite Management Solutions (www.celcite.com), the world’s leading provider of automatic optimisation tools and services for wireless networks, announced today that a Tier 1 mobile operator in Argentina and Brazil will deploy the COPS™-AIC Automatic Intelligent Correlation and COPS™-Geo. This new contract represents a continued expansion of the worldwide customer footprint of the COPS multi-vendor multi technology management platform, and exemplifies the growing need for Celcite’s engineering services and its software solutions. This is Celcite’s third major operator contract win in Latin America during the past few months, following earlier deals that were announced with TIM Brasil and another major operator in the region.

COPS-AIC replicates the thought processes of senior optimisation engineers and significantly improves network quality. Its automated rules engine continuously takes in a variety of data types from the network such as performance counters, mobile measurements data and geo location data to correlate possible root cause analysis with poorly performing network elements.

In addition, COPS-Geo is integrated with the COPS-AIC processes which results in a multi-dimensional optimisation approach to complex network issues. COPS-Geo allows mobile operators to geographically view call data from the perspective of your subscribers, using mobile measurement recorded data. This intuitive module allows for the analysis and display of metrics like Ec/Io, RSCP, dropped calls, and more.

The Latin American Tier 1 mobile operator will leverage Celcite’s COPS-AIC and COPS-Geo to optimise key performance metrics across multi-technology networks, and greatly improve customer experience by providing critical insight into actual subscriber experience for both voice and data.
