DUBLIN, Sept. 3, 2014 – Clarity Learning Systems, Ltd., a leading provider of consulting, training and coaching for pharmaceutical and medical device field force teams, today announced the launch of a new SaaS, mobile application; further extending usage of its popular 4 Zones™ of Customer Engagement account management model and process.

The cloud-based application supports iPad, PC and mobile device access and contains basic and advanced libraries of best practice training content for B2B, consultative account management. The 4 Zone application also provides coaching advice for troubleshooting of common account challenges. “The time is right to provide pharma and medical device field forces with the learning and coaching they need, when and where they need it,” said Chris Deren, President and CEO of Clarity. “Now, teams can truly leverage elearning the way it was meant to be served up for a mobile community; in bite-size chunks, using engaging content that resolves around the way they work and helps them build strategic account relationships,” Deren continued.

The 4 Zones™of Customer Engagement mobile application will be updated quarterly and offered on a yearly subscription basis.
