LAN2LAN and Cognisec form a strategic alliance to supply Cognisec Workspace
New cloud software-as-a-service provider Cognisec, today announces a partnership with LAN2LAN, a leading security, cloud and mobility specialist. LAN2LAN will market Cognisec’s Workspace Solution to its extensive network of customers.
Launched in July 2013, Cognisec enables simple and secure adoption of cloud technologies. Using Single Sign-On, Cognisec is a reliable, robust and revolutionary platform that responds to the needs of the 21st century workplace; supporting the modern user however they work, wherever they work from and whatever device they work on.
Cognisec Workspace complements LAN2LANs existing portfolio offering and integrates with LAN2LAN’s three core pillars of expertise:
- Collaboration and Messaging: Workspace supports Microsoft 365 and Lync, as well as delivering a host of other enterprise applications securely, enabling mobile working and collaboration across multiple locations and devices.
- Security: Workspace’s Single Sign-On functionality ensures LAN2LAN customers moving from on-premise to full cloud or hybrid solutions need not compromise security for the sake of user convenience. Applications can also be restricted on time of day or device type.
- Wireless: Workspace addresses LAN2LAN’s search for a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solution that overlays multiple technologies. Workspace provides access to corporate files straight from the browser on any device without the need for a VPN. With a low cost of ownership, Workspace allows secure, auditable access to core files and data on the move, from any device.
