A comprehensive BSS platform delivered by Comarch enables Turkcell Europe to run innovative and unique MVNO operations on the German market.

Comarch, a global provider of end-to-end IT solutions for telecommunications, announced today that it has delivered a comprehensive BSS platform to Mobile One GmbH, Düsseldorf. This MVNE is technically integrated with the Telekom Germany Mobile network and performs managed services for Turkcell Europe, enabling them to offer a broad range of mobile and value added services for customers in Germany.

According to the agreement, the following Comarch products have been implemented: Comarch Convergent Billing, Comarch CRM, Comarch Self Care, Comarch Billing Mediation, Comarch B2B Gateway and Comarch Service Activation.

This set of tools allowed Turkcell Europe for a quick and cost-effective launch of its innovative, personalized services, delivered both in prepaid and postpaid model. The solution will also assure a seamless customer experience in Turkish and German language, as well as support partner data management for all involved parties.

Comarch has supported the project from the initial stage of the platform design and has actively participated in establishing a three-sided partnership between Comarch, Mobile One and Turkcell Europe.

“The Comarch BSS platform helped us launch our MVNO services on the German market very quickly and gather almost 300.000 customers within one year. Comarch’s solution enables Turkcell Europe to gradually develop our business and constantly expand the service portfolio that addresses the needs of existing and future subscribers”. – says Ugur Serkan Taskin, Program Manager for Turkcell Europe’s MNVO Project at Turkcell.

“Our cooperation with Mobile One once again shows that Comarch can deploy its solutions in a matter of months. This provided Turkcell Europe not only with low implementation costs but also ensured a time-to-market advantage”. – says Piotr Piątosa, Head of the Telecom Business Unit and Board Member at Comarch.
