New Capabilities Enhance the Customer Experience for Consumer and Enterprise, Boost Revenues, Lower Cost

WAKEFIELD, Mass., Oct. 8, 2013 – Comverse (Nasdaq:CNSI), the global leader in telecom business enablement, announced full transition to the Comverse ONE® Real-Time BSS solution by VimpelCom, one of the largest integrated telecommunications services operators in the world. This major upgrade positions the VimpelCom Beeline brand to enhance the customer experience, reduce operating expenses and address new revenue opportunities.

Comverse’s proven delivery methodology ensured smooth deployment of the solution, efficiently completing the migration of the real-time billing systems of all Russian and CIS divisions of VimpelCom Russia (Beeline brand) to the new Comverse ONE platform.
