Confirmit Appoints Senior Vice President, Voice of the Employee

Tore Haggren will further expand Confirmit’s commitment to enabling businesses to measure, monitor and improve engagement throughout the employee lifecycle

London, UK and Oslo, Norway and New York, US: Nov 12, 2013: Confirmit, the leading global solutions provider for Employee Engagement, Customer Experience, and Market Research has appointed long time Confirmit employee, Tore Haggren, to Senior Vice President, Voice of the Employee.

Haggren joined Confirmit in 1998, two years after the company was founded in Norway. During his tenure, he established offices in London, New York and San Francisco with a focus on Market Research and Voice of the Customer. In 2006, Haggren shifted his focus to successfully building Confirmit’s presence in the Voice of the Employee (VoE) market. Today, many of the leading employee engagement consulting companies have standardised their production delivery system on the Confirmit solution, making it a fundamental part of how their businesses operate.

For companies engaging their workforce, VoE is not just about retaining employees and reducing costs. Exploring VoE can drive smarter investments, boost customer loyalty, and increase revenue by understanding what makes employees tick – and by harnessing their insights about customers. Haggren’s new role marks an extended focus on bringing these opportunities to organisations, enabling a strategic approach to understanding the employee lifecycle and driving business change.

Kunal Singh, Manager of People Research at Accenture, a long term partner of Confirmit, explains: “The partnership between Accenture and Confirmit spans over a decade. What distinguishes Confirmit from other solutions is the flexibility it provides in creating and managing large employee survey programmes. The ability to store employee data via community panels enables the team to get real-time information with ease. The platform itself is equipped with a huge range of capabilities, ranging from rules for email and reminders, to data management, and in-built statistical analysis. The ability to access reports online through Confirmit Reportal dashboards is invaluable, especially for a dynamic and global organisation like ours.”

Monitoring key employee engagement metrics at every stage of the employee lifecycle, with integrated reporting, analytics and action planning provides new insight for companies. Confirmit streamlines this process, and makes it possible to combine employee insights with customer data in order to get a truly holistic understanding of how to drive the business forward.

“In my time at Confirmit, I’ve worked with several leading employee engagement consulting companies to run business critical functions on Confirmit,” commented Haggren. “Our global VoE strategy has made Confirmit the most sought after solution provider in the employee engagement feedback market. I’m looking forward to bringing our extensive VoE capabilities to a wider audience.”
