Cortado Incorporates Its Print Management Solutions in the Newly Formed ThinPrint Company
Under the umbrella of Cortado acting as a holding company, three new companies have been founded, each focusing on their core business – ThinPrint, Cortado Mobile Solutions and Teamplace
BERLIN/DENVER, January 13, 2015 – Cortado is beginning 2015 with a completely new corporate structure. Three new companies have been founded alongside Cortado, which in the future will act as a service company for overlying tasks. The new companies are ThinPrint, Cortado Mobile Solutions and Teamplace. These new companies have been formed due to their enhanced product range and to fully focus on their diverse markets.

ThinPrint incorporates all software solutions focusing on print management. With technology that can look back on 15 years of continuous development and a customer base of more than 20,000 companies, ThinPrint is the world’s leading provider of print solutions for virtual environments, the cloud, classic desktops and mobile devices.
Cortado Mobile Solutions will focus on the leading enterprise mobility solution, Cortado Corporate Server. In addition to numerous mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) features, Cortado Corporate Server delivers a significant increase in productivity and improved collaboration among teams for all businesses.
Teamplace is focused on developing a cloud solution for sharing and editing files among teams and groups across all platforms. Collaboration made easily, securely and above all, flexibly.
Management teams for the new companies have been carefully selected among existing Cortado employees.
Cortado Inc., the U.S. company, is not affected by these changes.
