The announcement was made at cVidya’s user conference taking place in Barcelona.
BusinessView-OfferAdvisor enables account managers and customer care retention teams to offer customers the optimal offer (or price plan) calculated based on their real usage behavior without compromising service providers’ margins. It is critical for the acquisition of new customers, the retention of existing ones and for identifying up sell and cross opportunities. cVidyaCloud’s On Demand model lowers the risk and cost to the Service Provider whilst delivering the benefits with much faster time-to-market.
