Reseller case study clinches the award for Wizards Storage Portal – Debriefing Software’s comprehensive Storage Resource Management (SRM) monitoring and analytics tool for IBM backup and storage

The basis of the win was a reseller case study involving IT service provider Time Network Management (TNM). Using Wizards Storage Portal, TNM saved time spent managing IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) by 50%, equating to 20% in personnel cost. Time saved on contract creation and invoicing was estimated at 25%. Altogether, time saved on both managing the IBM Storage Resource Management (SRM) and developing custom tools has allowed TNM to focus on improving services and spend more time prospecting new customers.
