Geoffrey D. Fink has recently joined Delta Partners as a Managing Partner and the Head of its Investments Business. Based in Dubai, Mr. Fink will assist Delta Partners in building out its investment activity and will help lead the fund raising efforts for a new emerging markets TMT fund to be launched next year.

Prior to joining Delta earlier this month Geoffrey was based in Moscow, where he headed TPG Capital’s Eurasia (Russia/CEE/Turkey) team and helped lead three of TPG’s recent transactions. Before that he worked in London and Paris with TPG and led coverage of various sectors, as well as being active in several of TPG’s telecoms infrastructure investments.
Prior to joining TPG in 2000 Geoffrey was a Senior Vice President of Security Capital Group, a US-based private equity firm, for three years. He has also worked as a consultant and manager at McKinsey & Company in London and has prior experience in investment banking with Goldman Sachs and PaineWebber.
Geoffrey received a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Yale University. Geoffrey is a member of the New York Bar and has served on the Board of Directors of a number of public and private companies.
