The Dialogue SMS for NetSuite SuiteApp is tightly integrated with NetSuite, allowing users to send personalised and targeted SMS messages to mobile users across the globe through a simple SMS user interface from within their NetSuite account. The two-way functionality gives the mobile users the option of responding by SMS if required.
