DIMOCO acquires Mpulse France

European carrier billing and mobile messaging provider expands into France

Charles Baudin, 35, becomes President of DIMOCO France

 

Brunn am Gebirge/Vienna (Austria) and Leudelange (Luxembourg), 11 June 2015 – Today, DIMOCO http://www.dimoco.eu, a leading carrier billing and mobile messaging provider, has announced their acquisition of Mpulse E.U.R.L http://www.mpulse.fr and their expansion into the French market. Following the share deal transaction, Mpulse France will be renamed to DIMOCO France E.U.R.L. and will move its company seat from Metz to Paris. Charles Baudin has been appointed as the President of DIMOCO France.

DIMOCO acquires Mpulse France

Following the recent establishment of DIMOCO Greece, DIMOCO http://www.dimoco.eu is headed to the French market. Based on a share deal transaction, the carrier billing and mobile messaging provider acquired 100 percent of the shareholding of Mpulse France E.U.R.L.. The newly acquired company will be renamed DIMOCO France E.U.R.L. and will relocate its seat from Metz to Paris. “With all these great partnerships and our company in France we are able to get customers connected to their services much faster, Gerald Tauchner explains the reasons for and advantages of the company acquisition.

Charles Baudin, 35, becomes DIMOCO France President

With the establishment of DIMOCO France, Charles Baudin — formally DIMOCO Head of Mobile Messaging Corporate Sales — becomes President of DIMOCO France. In his new role, Charles Baudin is in charge of the carrier billing and mobile messaging provider’s expansion into the French market and the coordination of DIMOCO’s new office in Paris.

Prior to joining DIMOCO, Charles held sales management roles in the payment and the IT industries, developing business for PayPal, SAP and Secunia. Charles Baudin has a significant track record of delivering global sales results as well as proven experience in project, customer relationship and communication management. Born in Rouen France, Charles speaks English and French fluently and has a good knowledge of German and Spanish.
