EACS announces partnership with The Robotic Workforce to revolutionise business automation

by Anthony Weaver

Both parties aim to help clients realise unprecedented improvements to productivity and efficiency

Leading IT managed services provider EACS has announced that it has formed a collaborative partnership with pioneering intelligent automation specialist The Robotic Workforce. The agreement will see EACS become an approved reseller of The Robotic Workforce’s products and services, enabling a wider range of businesses to access its innovative software and experience rapid, lasting improvements in efficiency and the way they manage labour-intensive IT tasks. EACS will also be employing the technology internally, in order to make the most of the advantages it brings.

In forming this partnership, both EACS and The Robotic Workforce have recognised the burden that legacy technologies, cumbersome manual processes and repetitive tasks are placing on companies across a wide variety of sectors, and how they are hampering employees’ ability to drive real value to the wider business.

The Robotic Workforce’s solutions deliver intelligent automation (IA) at an affordable entry price for the SME market. By leveraging the expertise of automation consultants, The Robotic Workforce assesses which processes would benefit from increased automation, before working out how to make the shift from manual to automatic management, and then monitoring these new processes on an ongoing basis. By outsourcing these automation responsibilities, businesses can reap the significant productivity benefits that automation offers, without having to spend valuable time and resource on working out how to streamline these processes themselves.

Paul Robinett, CEO of The Robotic Workforce, said: “Economic growth in the UK continues to be stymied by productivity issues, so the automation of time-consuming processes, wherever possible, is crucial to making workplaces more efficient. However, working out how to actually automate these processes can be a difficult task in itself, especially considering organisations’ ongoing reliance on legacy systems, coupled with the data management challenges of the GDPR era. This is what our business aims to achieve: intelligent automation and a holistic service that ensures automation is successful on a long-term basis.

“Partnering with EACS will be instrumental in bringing the benefits of IA to a much wider network of businesses and sectors, and their expertise in providing a range of IT services will go a long way towards enhancing the relationships we have with our customers.”

Kevin Timms, CEO of EACS, added: “We’re thrilled to be collaborating with The Robotic Workforce in what is an extremely important area for business and employee productivity. The team at The Robotic Workforce has some unique skills and experience when it comes to robotic process automation, which we can see being hugely advantageous to our customers. The fact that we’re embracing the RPA technology internally at EACS is also testament to the potential that we see in The Robotic Workforce’s offering. Moreover, the company’s ethos when it comes to customer interaction is very much aligned with our own: get to know your customers, build a comprehensive knowledge of what they want, and focus on adding real value to the service you provide.”

Timms concluded: “Automation is the future of business efficiency, and it has a huge amount of potential to take the responsibility for repetitive, mundane tasks away from human staff, freeing them up to focus on innovation and adding value. We’re looking forward to a fruitful partnership with The Robotic Workforce in this area.”
