At the Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2018, it was decided to distribute a dividend of 0.20 euros on each dividend-entitled share for the 2017 financial year.
The members of the Executive Board and the members of the Supervisory Board were granted discharge for the 2017 financial year by the Annual General Meeting.
Edith Hlawati, Bettina Glatz-Kremsner and Daniela Lecuona Torras were newly elected to the Supervisory Board. Following the Annual General Meeting, a constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board was held, in which Edith Hlawati was elected as the new Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board.
Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer resigned as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the end of the Annual General Meeting. Stefan Pinter and Reinhard Kraxner also left the board.
