Elizabeth Gooch makes shortlist for PCR’s Woman of the Year Award

eg solutions CEO nominated for top award at October ceremony

Elizabeth Gooch MBE, founder and CEO of back office workforce optimisation specialist eg solutions, has been shortlisted for technology trade publication PCR’s Woman of the Year Award. The event, held on Friday 16th October at Sway bar on Great Queen Street in London, recognises the most influential women in the PC and technology industry and is now in its second year.

Commenting on the nomination, Gooch said: “The technology industry in the UK is thriving, but bringing more women into the fold should be a crucial area of focus for the future. These awards are a great way of raising further awareness of this need, so it is a real honour to be shortlisted.

“The nomination is also testament to the accomplishments of everyone at eg solutions over the course of the past year. Our commitment to continued progress and innovative new products has remained unchanged and I believe this is reflected in the success we have had in making the back office more efficient for our clients.”

Through a series of award categories, including Marketing and PR, Sales, Rising Star and Woman of the Year, the event will gather together key figures in the technology industry to celebrate the value that women can bring to the industry, as well as the rewards and success that can be achieved through a career in technology.
