Griffin launched The ESG™ in November last year to help resellers upsell services into their existing customer base avoiding all known pitfalls. Over 2000 postcodes a month are being entered into the online Ethernet quoting tool and Partners can now line check, order and manage their ADSL2+ and FTTC lines in the same zero-touch way that they have always done with standard broadband products.
