Fujitsu provides data centre agility and efficiency through new PRIMEFLEX for VMware VSAN offering
London, May 11th, 2016 – Fujitsu has today announced the UK availability of its new PRIMEFLEX for VMware VSAN offering. Fujitsu have launched the solution to help customers on the journey towards a software-defined-datacentre reaping the associated rewards and benefits including greater agility, a lower Total-Cost-of-Ownership (TCO) and better efficiency.
Server virtualisation has greatly improved data centre operations throughout the last decade and now organisations want to extend these benefits further by proliferating virtualisation and a software driven approach to IT throughout their data centres. This approach provides improved operational agility and efficiency to handle the ever-increasing demands for pro-active and cost-efficient IT.

Additionally, the PRIMEFLEX for VMware VSAN uniquely helps customers reduce server deployment times and the impact of planned outages with a flash module on the motherboard that reduces server boot time. According to VMware’s benchmark performance testing labs, the PRIMEFLEX for VMware VSAN is the fastest performing solution on the market.
