NextiraOne is reaccredited as Alcatel-Lucent Global Partner for 2013

Across 15 European countries, NextiraOne is accredited to design, implement and manage the entire Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise portfolio

Paris, 12 February 2013 – NextiraOne, Europe’s leading expert in communications services, has again achieved Alcatel-Lucent’s highest accreditation status – that of Global Partner. Awarded to only very few partners, the Alcatel-Lucent Global Partner status is valid for 2013 and across all 15 European countries where NextiraOne has a direct sales and service presence. This makes NextiraOne Alcatel-Lucent’s largest pan-European partner with the most extensive footprint, covering also the Eastern regions including Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

Under the award NextiraOne is qualified to design, deliver, implement and support Alcatel-Lucent’s wide-ranging portfolio of enterprise solutions, covering unified communications, contact centre solutions, network infrastructure and data centre solutions for businesses and the public sector. NextiraOne was awarded as Best OpenTouch Partner for 2012 for the successful market introduction of Alcatel-Lucent’s powerful OpenTouch solutions for customers seeking to address multi-media and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) needs in the workplace.

In addition, NextiraOne is a highly skilled and experienced integrator of Alcatel-Lucent’s network infrastructure solutions for local area networks and wireless LANs. With the implementation of data centre solutions, NextiraOne helps organisations to consolidate and optimise their ICT operations and generate the costs savings thanks to virtualisation. For customer service and CRM, NextiraOne works closely with Alcatel-Lucent to deliver best-in-class contact centre solutions that deliver real benefit to sales and service departments in both private and public sector.

“This Global Partner status, awarded to NextiraOne for the fourth time, is testament to the strong and growing relationship between our two companies,” said Andreas Schwarz, NextiraOne’s Strategic Alliance Director Europe for Alcatel-Lucent. “With such a strong focus on multi-media, multi-device, multi-party collaboration and communications amongst our customers, it is important that we have such a close working relationship at all levels of the business allowing us to deliver and maintain powerful solutions.”

NextiraOne is Alcatel-Lucent’s largest European business partner and the most extensive certified Global Partner with around 2,000 certifications across Europe, including sales, pre-sales and post-sales. The company also holds group-wide Technology Specialisation Accreditation in a wide range of technologies, including Network Infrastructure, Unified Communications and Contact Centres.

Paul Spaargaren, Alliance Director for NextiraOne at Alcatel-Lucent said: “We congratulate NextiraOne on achieving the Global Partner status. Our teams work closely together to deliver highly individual, best-in-class solutions, that bring added value to our common customers giving them significant business benefit. We look forward to continue our long and rewarding relationship with NextiraOne.”

The Alcatel-Lucent Global Partner accreditation covers all European countries where NextiraOne has operations, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and United Kingdom.
