MobiTV Strengthens Board of Directors with Two Key Appointments
Emeryville, Calif. – February 20, 2012 – MobiTV, Inc. a leading provider of managed mobile TV and video solutions, is pleased to announce the appointments of Steven R. Goodbarn and William T. Morrow to MobiTV’s Board of Directors, effective February 6, 2012.

Goodbarn has several years of executive leadership and financial management expertise. Morrow is an experienced executive, with an extensive leadership background in the telecommunications industry spanning more than 20 years. His specific expertise in driving the international expansion strategies for leading telecommunications providers will be a critical asset as MobiTV looks to expand the reach of its converged media platform worldwide.
