Tecnotree named in Magic Quadrant for ‘Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs’
Helsinki, December 13 2011 – Telecoms IT solutions provider Tecnotree Corporation today announced that it has been placed as a niche player in Gartner’s first ever Magic Quadrant report for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for Communications Service Providers (CSPs)[1].
Gartner expects the worldwide IRCM market to grow from around $13.9 billion in 2010 to $16.4 billion in 2015. The magic quadrant rates solutions suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and others.
