Tecnotree named in Magic Quadrant for ‘Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs’
Helsinki, December 13 2011 – Telecoms IT solutions provider Tecnotree Corporation today announced that it has been placed as a niche player in Gartner’s first ever Magic Quadrant report for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for Communications Service Providers (CSPs).
Gartner expects the worldwide IRCM market to grow from around $13.9 billion in 2010 to $16.4 billion in 2015. The magic quadrant rates solutions suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and others.
Many CSPs look to improve their bottom line by investing in Business Support Systems (BSS). With a well-rounded product portfolio and strong innovation funnel strategy for CSPs to consolidate and personalise services, Tecnotree emphasises a solution-led approach to critical business problems facing CSPs in the areas of revenue generation and customer experience.
Kaj Hagros, President and CEO of Tecnotree says “Tecnotree is continuously looking to streamline operator processes and help personalise the service bundles they provide customers. We believe our position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant is a great testament to the work we do with customers and Tecnotree’s ongoing investment in this space”.
