MOST ADMIRED GLOBAL RETAILER

Global success story Apple has been awarded “The Wipro International Retailer of the Year” at High Street Oscars, the Oracle Retail Week Awards 2012.

Apple’s commitment to innovation is evident in all aspects of its business from its product design to its store format.  Its ability to anticipate what customers are looking for and then provide it means that there is always something new and exciting in store which succeeds in surprising customers. This visionary approach is borne out of the desire to provide a first rate customer experience.  By keeping this value at the heart of its business Apple has not only become a world class retailer itself but also offers a route to market for other retailers who use its technology to market and is a supportive partner.

The success Apple has enjoyed is shown on its balance sheet, with more cash to spend than the government of the United States, it is a true global heavyweight. Its commitment to maintaining its store presence continues with shop count growing year-on-year.
