Lusaka, 20th October 2011– MTN Zambia announces the launch of a Global Top Up service, that enables the Zambian community living abroad to recharge MTN prepaid mobiles of family and friends back home in Zambia. This marks a first for Zambia.

This revolutionary Global Top Up service demonstrates our ever growing commitment to provide customers with service excellence.” says Fonternel.

This innovative service is offered in partnership with ezetop.

“Our partnership with MTN Zambia means that for the first time, Zambian people living abroad can now send airtime to MTN mobile phones at home, from over 350,000 retail stores worldwide, through www.ezetop.com, our mobile site and also iPhone & Android Apps” says ezetop Chief Commercial Officer, David Shackleton. “The recharge is instant and can be used immediately” says Shackleton.
