MediaPower brings prizewinning media solutions to Asia
Italian technology provider expands reach to Asia through Korean partner HANTERNETWORK
Genoa, Italy (May 9, 2013) – After a successful brand launch at the annual NAB show in Las Vegas, European media technology solutions provider MediaPower will push on to Asia to showcase its prizewinning media solutions. MediaPower will exhibit at the leading annual Korean International Broadcast, Audio, and Lighting Show, KOBA 2013 through a newly forged partnership with the Korean HANTERNETWORK. At KOBA, MediaPower will introduce to Asia three solutions: Arkki, a media asset management solution-in-a-box; AirGo, an all-in-one production and play-to-air system; and NewsTouch, a touch-based, live presentation standalone appliance.
MediaPower will be at the HANTERNETWORK booth on May 13-16, 2013 at Hall D, Booth D504, Convention & Exhibition Center (COEX) in Seoul, Korea.
MediaPower will feature the following technologies:
· Arkki. NAB Pick Hit Awardee media asset management solution-in-a-box. Store, catalog, retrieve, and manage content. Arkki combines a powerful and efficient MAM technology with a robust storage platform of up to 64TB. Its search engine boasts a rough-cut and sub-clip generation facility that enables users to find content in seconds. It is easy to manage by business users and administrators alike, with workspace customization and system utilization monitoring. On top of it all, Arkki is accessed via a web interface for a truly cloud-enabled business experience.
· AirGo. Production, ingest, and play-to-air functionalities now come in a single 2RU ready-to-go box. AirGo is a turnkey solution for multi-channel broadcasting that combines automation, playout, and interactive graphics overlay in one system with up to 30TB of storage.
· NewsTouch. Broadcast press clippings, live video, or sports commentary using a touch-based interface. NewsTouch is a standalone, multimedia presentation appliance for a live broadcasting environment. It features scroll, zoom, rotate, and interactive drawing tools, controlled by easy-to-master and intuitive gestures.
