New Vice President of Financial Services and Vice President of Public Sector Will Help Lead Vertical Sector Growth and Manage Client Engagement

LONDON, UK – 27 April 2011 – Hitachi Consulting UK today announced two new key additions to its senior management team as it prepares for further market growth and vertical market development. Neil Brownlie joins Hitachi Consulting UK as Vice President of Financial Services, and Mark Campbell joins as Vice President of Public Sector. The appointments will play an important role in managing and executing the company’s market growth strategy within the company’s core competencies of Management Consultancy, Applications & Technology Solutions and Managed Services capabilities.

As VP of Financial Services, Mr. Brownlie will be responsible for leading the financial services businesses, with a particular focus on helping banks, insurance companies and other financial services organisations transform their core operations, including sales and marketing, HR, procurement, finance and technology. He was previously with the Financial Services vertical within CSC for six years, as well as sales around Cards and Payments. Prior to this, Mr. Brownlie held a number of sales and management positions within technology solution providers, at companies including Rolfe & Nolan, New Era of Networks (NEON) and Veritas.
