Huawei wins five-year IT operation contract with Ooredoo Kuwait

Zurich, Switzerland, September 16, 2015 – Ooredoo Kuwait and Huawei today jointly announced the signing of a “Future Mode of Operation (FMO)” IT and Network Managed Services contract at the 2015 Huawei Global Service Forum. Under the terms of the contract, Huawei will provide managed IT and network operations, network performance management and service quality improvement for Ooredoo Kuwait. Huawei will provide an ICT Converged Operation solution to manage IT and telecom equipment through converged operation processes, resources and tools. The aim is to help Ooredoo Kuwait achieve digital transformation, operational excellence and to improve the customer experience.
