Indigo Telecom Group Wins Major Support Service Contract with Huawei
Telecom specialist services company to provide network monitoring and support
06 August 2013 – Telecom specialist services company Indigo Telecom Group, has signed an agreement to supply Huawei, a leading global ICT solutions provider, with professional support services at the Huawei Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in Reading.
The deal, which will run for 12 months is the end result of a tender process that gave Indigo the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise in network, monitoring, maintenance and support. Indigo will supply 1st line support to Huawei’s network customers with onsite personnel based at Huawei’s TAC as well as additional services including network management and overflow support, emergency and major event cover.
